Established in 2002, Erwin Appraisal Services, Inc. is been a leading provider of real estate appraisal services in Northeast Florida.  Our goal is to provide our clients with an accurate estimate of market value in a timely manner.  We provide appraisals on all types of residential properties including: single family homes, condominiums, manufactured homes, multi-family property, vacant land, etc.  We provide appraisals on both river front and ocean front property and have completed appraisals on numerous million dollar properties.  We are located in Northeast Florida and provide appraisal services in St. Johns, Duval, Clay, and Flagler Counties.  We are members of the St. Johns County Board of Realtors, the Northeast Florida Board of Realtors, and the Flagler County Board of Realtors and have access to other research databases.  We use up to date technology to provide quick turn around times and accurate reports.

The President of the company is Gabriel Erwin, he is a State Certified Residential Appraiser and has been licensed for over twelve years and has experience appraising all types of properties.
